On Sept 15th the Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik released their Long List of Annual Awards 2024. We are very pleased to see that Maria Mazotta‘s Album Onde is included!
“Onde” was released in April this year by zeronovenove and received positive reviews right from the get go, making 3rd place of the Transglobal World Music Charts the same month.
Maria Mazzotta’s sensitive interpretations meet the electric sounds of post-rock, creating an original and profound mix. On the album Maria Mazzotta has chosen to express the blunt and vital power of rural traditions through contemporary instruments with a rural touch.
