SUL new album “SUL” in January 2025

The Portuguese band trio SUL will release their new album called ‘SUL’ on 24/01/2025 in the German-speaking region.

SUL, a Portuguese trio, challenges traditional musical categories with their unique style resulting from the mix of influences of its three members.

The group, based on a close friendship, has been accompanying fado singer Cristina Branco for about a decade, and this collaboration has created a deep artistic bond.
The members with different musical backgrounds create a sound universe in which their individual influences and passions merge. The latest album reflects this diversity.
It explores Portuguese instrumental music with references ranging from jazz to fado.
An artistic residency and a new repertoire are in preparation for the recording of a second disc.
