Happy Release day to Swedish singer Josefine Lindstrand! Today she releases her new single “In my craft or sullen art” feat. the Marius Neset!

“In my craft or sullen art” is Josefine Lindstrands second single from her upcoming album “For the dreamers” (release on o-tone music/Edel Kultur in spring 2024). In an intricate arrangement, Josefine has interpreted poet Dylan Thomas’s poem about creativity and art. Dylan’s words about wanting to create for your inner heart, and true feelings, instead of focusing on money, appreciation or fame was something that spoke strongly to Josefine in this creative process. Additionally Josefine invited the outstanding Norwegian tenor saxophonist Marius Neset to play on the track.

The song is the second single from Josefine Lindstrands new album “For the dreamers”. The music was recorded in the spectacular Norwegian studio, “Ocean Sounds” where Josefine and her band gathered and recorded the eight tunes that will form the album “For The Dreamers”.

In the lead up to the album release Josefine Lindstrand will play concerts in Germany and the Czech Republic with her outstanding Quintet consisting of Jonas Östholm (Piano), Gunnar Halle (Trumpet & Effects), Pär-Ola Landin (Double Bass) and Fredrik Myhr (Drums, Pad & Computer).
