New album “Komeda Unknown 1967” by Piotr Schmidt on 23.09.2022

The outstanding Polish trumpeter Piotr Schmidt has arranged and arranged previously unknown compositions by Krzysztof Komeda with a new ensemble.
After more than half a century, the unknown, previously lost part will finally be heard by fans of the famous composer. Interpreted and arranged by Piotr Schmidt, Komeda’s manuscripts have become extraordinary music that comes remarkably close to the spirit of Krzysztof Komeda.
“Komeda Unknown 1967” will be the name of the album and will be released on 23.09.22 under o-tone music/Edel Kultur.
