Alba is the first album by the duo of trumpeter Markus Stockhausen (trumpet, flugelhorn) and pianist Florian Weber – INSIDE OUT. Although both have approached the idiom of jazz from different directions, the musicians are united by a deep interest in the process of creative expression, the intense search, inside and outside, for echoes, reverberations, insights.
