A few words by Markus Stockhausen about the guest soloist Mateusz Smoczyński:
“We met at a festival in Belgrade. We got to know each other on the subsequent flight and exchanged our CDs. Impressed by his incredible violin playing, we had a strong desire to play with him as soon as possible. He masters the most complicated passages seemingly effortlessly, is confident in everything and is also imaginative and free.”
